Toon Boom’s expansion continues with advanced animation technologies, tools and training
Award-winning animation software leader Toon Boom Animation has launched Toon Boom China, opening three offices in Beijing, Shenzhen and Suzhou to service the country and support the development of its rapidly growing animation industry (projected to be worth over $54 billion by 2025) by helping meet the burgeoning demand for trained talent and high-quality original content. The outposts will provide local technical expertise and support, training and access to a tailored selection of Toon Boom product and solutions portfolio including, but not limited to, Storyboard Pro and Harmony (voted Animag’s Best Animation Tool 2018), both of which can be purchased in Chinese Yuan (RMB). As both a content creator and consumer, China is a rising star in Asia’s US$52 billion animation market and Toon Boom’s thought leadership and international connections will bridge local artists with producers across the continent and ultimately the world.
