Authorized Training Centre (ATC) program

Toon Boom Authorized Training Centres are recognised for the quality of their education when it comes to short-term instructor-led training of the industry’s leading 2D animation software, Harmony and Storyboard Pro. Courses offered by ATCs are designed for professionals working in television, film, games and advertising. ATC certificates ensure that students of their programs are trained on the latest skills and best practices using Toon Boom software.

Requirements

  • ATCs must teach courses using the latest version of Harmony Premium, Harmony Advanced or Storyboard Pro software
  • ATCs must have at least 10 Harmony or 10 Storyboard Pro licenses with silver Support. Perpetual licenses are not available with this program
  • ATC instructors must have a minimum of two years experi- ence working in the animation industry in pre-production, production or post-production creative jobs
  • Instructors must be qualified to teach Toon Boom on Harmony or Storyboard Pro & must stay on top of industry best practices. It is strongly encouraged that each Instructor attend at least one of Toon Boom’s online courses pertinent to their discipline, per year (It is encouraged that teachers submit their resume at ATC application time)
  • The ATC curriculum must follow the Toon Boom training outline
  • The ATC must provide a dedicated professional space for classes
  • Each class size should be limited to a maximum of 15 students
