Hi there, I started out as a generalist working for ad campaigns and games, and eventually made my way to television and streaming where I focused primarily on character animation. Since 2014 my name's been attached to a variety of shows, ranging from early education to mature comedies. Recently, I've had the pleasure of leading a team as a director in the creation of a pilot. My favorite kind of productions entertain and help children, and in the last year I was ecstatic to be a part of 'Jelly, Ben & Pogo,' a lovely PBS series that accomplished just that.

"I’m a story artist and character designer from Canada, and a recent graduate for Sheridan’s Animation program. I love all things art and story, especially being influenced and supported from such a young to continue this little hobby of mine. I grew up immersed in wonderful books, films, animations and comics, so much so I decided to make some of my own and pursue my passion through illustrations, designs, comics and boards! I hope to continue doing what I love and to keep on creating, to bring more of my ideas to life. "

Leo Garcia is a Mexican story artist with a passion for character-driven projects and the magic of collaboration. The more introspective and dramatic character moments in a story, the better. He enjoys good food, long talks with friends, and any project involving technology. Leo has most recently worked at Nickelodeon Animation Studio as a storyboard artist on Kamp Koral and The Patrick Star Show.
